This is the counterpart to our washed Bolivia but in anaerobic natural form. Definitely fun to taste side by side. This is a great way to see the results of processing. The Bolivia is always one of our most requested each year . Not a super well known region but it is well established nonetheless. Our washed Bolivia is loved for being a classic , super easy to drink daily coffee. This Anaerobic process is for the adventurous coffee drinker. Not as wild as some other processed this way but adventurous still.
