Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes, you absolutely can!

On Desktop

1. Log into your account using the person icon in the top right of the page.

2. After logging on click on the gold "Manage Subscriptions" button.

On Mobile

1. Log into your account by using the hamburger icon in the top left of the screen and selecting account on the bottom of the hamburger menu.

2. After logging on click on the gold "Manage Subscriptions" button.

From there you should be able to make any necessary changes.

Why cant I see options for changing my subscription?

If your subscription is paused or canceled you will not be able to make any changes. You must first activate your subscription to alter any preferences.

SHIPPING

Why am I not getting my free shipping?

We offer free shipping using the economy option. If you select a different shipping option a charge will be applied.

Can I pick up my subscription?

Yes, you can!

Under product shipping info after you have started your subscription, you can select pickup and we will have it ready at our cafe.
