Honduran coffees are why we fell in love with specialty coffee , and this coffee from Fredy Perez is a great example.  Sweet, clean, and approachable coffees like this are a great way to introduce someone to how great coffee can be.  What makes this coffee stand out? Possibly one of the most unique things is Fredy grows and processes the coffee on his properties.  To have control over more of the process of growing and processing coffee means a better end product.  This coffee won’t be around long.  It’s become a cafe favorite.
