Tres Gigantes coffee embodies San Marcos' spirit. Twenty small-scale farmers cultivate Bourbon and Typica varieties in cloud-shrouded mountains. They use traditional methods, including 28+ hour fermentation and slow drying on raised beds or terraces. The result? Some of the region's finest coffee.
